Mr. Politz practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and insurance defense litigation, focusing on insurance coverage claims and extra contractual damage issues. He received his undergraduate degree in 2001 from Texas Christian University, graduating magna cum laude, and his law degree in 2004 from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. Mr. Politz was admitted to the bar in Louisiana in 2004, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Louisiana, as well as the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American, Louisiana State, and Shreveport Bar Associations as well as the Defense Research Institute, the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel and the Harry V. Booth and Judge Henry A. Politz American Inn of Court.
